Let me take this opportunity to Welcome YOU to my virtual office and introduce you to the services and possibilities that are available to you through my practice.

First of all, who am I? I am a Licensed Mental Health Therapist and a Certified Life Coach. I received my Masters in Counseling from Dallas Baptist University. Though I practice in Jacksonville, Florida, I am thrilled with the possibilities of Virtual Therapy to expand my work beyond the geographical boundaries of the city.
It is my goal to combine the theories and techniques that I have learned professionally with Scriptural Principals and the leading of the Holy Spirit to lead you into a deeper level of personal understanding so that you can negotiate your life and relationships more effectively.
I believe that a therapist is little more than a guide to help you recognize and move through the obstacles that stand in the way of a better life. I don’t presume to be the authority in your life; but I understand much about mental processes and how to employ them to your advantage so that you can live life on a higher plane, regardless of where life has brought you at this point in time.
