When many of my clients first come to me, they are experiencing difficulty of one type or another; and some just want to improve upon a certain area of their lives. Having spent several years immersed in religious studies, my approach to therapy takes into account both the mental, emotional, and spiritual health, as well as the uniqueness of each individual client I serve. My goal as a therapist is to empower you, the client, to live the meaningful life you desire and are entitled to.
